Bailey Seevers inducted into academic honorary at Heidelberg University

Bailey Seevers of Lisbon, Ohio, is among 35 students from Heidelberg University who were inducted into Alpha Lambda Delta, a national honor society that recognizes academic excellence among first-year students. Seevers is a freshman majoring in education.

The induction ceremony was held on campus April 6. To qualify, students must have achieved a 3.5 or better grade-point average during their first year.

Alpha Lambda Delta has more than 230 chapters throughout the United States and more than 750,000 students have been inducted since the first chapter was started 75 years ago.
