Briana Johnson Part of Greek Life at Heidelberg University

Briana Johnson of Cleveland, Ohio, a sophomore majoring in education, is a member of the Philalethean Society, one of five sororities at Heidelberg University.

Founded in 1913, the Philalethean Society is based upon strong tradition and holds the true meaning of sisterhood. The group is involved in a number of service projects on campus and in the Tiffin community, including the Headstart Christmas party and volunteering at Kiwanis Manor, working for Habitat for Humanity, raking leaves and serving with the Mercy Hospital Transitional Unit.

Founded in 1850, Heidelberg offers 36 courses of study in 19 major fields of concentration, awarding the bachelor of arts, bachelor of science, bachelor of music, as well as master's degrees in education, counseling, business administration and music.
