Briana Johnson part of Greek life at Heidelberg University

Briana Johnson of Cleveland, Ohio, a junior majoring in Psychology and Business Administration, is a member of the Philalethean Society, one of five sororities at Heidelberg University.

Founded in 1913, the Philalethean Society celebrated the 100th anniversary of its founding earlier this fall. The group is based upon strong tradition and holds the true meaning of sisterhood. The group is involved in a number of service projects on campus and in the Tiffin community, including the Headstart Christmas party and volunteering at Kiwanis Manor, working for Habitat for Humanity, raking leaves and serving with the Mercy Hospital Transitional Unit.

Founded in 1850, Heidelberg offers 32 majors, 30 minors and 10 pre-professional programs, awarding the bachelor of arts, bachelor of science, bachelor of music degrees, as well as master's degrees in education, counseling, business administration and music.
