Christopher Corcia Graduates From Heidelberg University

Christopher Corcia of Cresco, Pa., graduated May 12 from Heidelberg University with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History.

President Robert H. Huntington presented diplomas to 222 seniors, representing 13 states and three countries. Additionally, 56 graduate students received master's degrees in counseling, education, business administration and music education.

Lt. Col. Harold Brown, a member of the famed Tuskegee Airmen, delivered the undergraduate keynote address. Heidelberg presented Brown with an honorary Doctor of Humane Letters degree. Graduating senior Mackenzie "Mac" Wallace was selected to represent the Class of 2013 as its speaker.

Founded in 1850, Heidelberg offers 32 majors, 29 minors and nine pre-professional programs, awarding the bachelor of arts, bachelor of science, bachelor of music degrees , as well as master's degrees in education, counseling, business administration and music.
