Holly Oberlin, a junior from Akron, Ohio, is a member of Heidelberg University's chapter of Alpha Phi Omega, the national service fraternity.

Heidelberg's APO, advised by English professor Dr. David Kimmel, is a co-ed group committed to provide community service, leadership development and social opportunities for college students. Oberlin is one of 36 students who perform service projects on campus and in the Tiffin and Seneca County community throughout the academic year. Nationally, APO is the largest collegiate fraternity with chapters at more than 350 campuses and an active membership of more than 25,000 students.

Founded in 1850, Heidelberg offers 32 majors, 30 minors and 10 pre-professional programs, awarding the bachelor of arts, bachelor of science, bachelor of music degrees, as well as master's degrees in education, counseling, business administration and music.
