Jenna Rhoades part of Greek life at Heidelberg University

2013 Nov 21

Jenna Rhoades of Medina, Ohio, a junior majoring in Communication & Theatre Arts, is a member of the Euglossian Society at Heidelberg University.

Euglossian is one of five active sororities at Heidelberg, and celebrated the 100th anniversary of its founding this fall. All fraternities and sororities are considered local, which has many benefits. Greeks actively participate in community service on campus and in the community, including sponsoring a blood drive each semester. In all, more than 20 percent of the campus is involved in Greek life.

Founded in 1850, Heidelberg offers 32 majors, 30 minors and 10 pre-professional programs, awarding the bachelor of arts, bachelor of science, bachelor of music degrees, as well as master's degrees in education, counseling, business administration and music. Affiliated with the United Church of Christ, Heidelberg has been ranked for 26 consecutive years as one of the top colleges in the Midwest by U.S. News and World Report.
