Joshua Hinkel graduates from Heidelberg University

Joshua Hinkel of Wooster, Ohio, was honored at a reception Saturday along with about 50 other seniors who are December graduates of Heidelberg University.

Hinkel is receiving the Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and Political Science.
